A full-body panel.
Calibrated LED output, spectrometer-measured at 129 mW/cm² at the surface, for safe, even exposure every session.
Set the output to suit the session, so the dose is right rather than simply maximal. More light is not better; the right dose is.
Wear eye protection throughout every session, and expose the area you are treating rather than clothing.
Posted to you within a week with placement and distance guidance, and our team on the phone if you need us.
A 189 × 58 cm full-body panel with 1,200 five-watt LEDs and touch controls on the panel itself.
630 and 660 nm red for the surface, 810, 830 and 850 nm near-infrared for depth. Combined in one panel rather than relying on a single light source.
Timer and intensity are set by touch on the panel, so there is nothing else to carry or connect.
The rental panel comes with everything it needs to stand in your space, and the team can advise on placement.
Placement and distance guidance, and our UK team on the phone for the month.
When the month is up we arrange the return. Extend, or put the rental towards a purchase.
We post it directly to you within a week. Unbox it, stand it where you planned and plug it into a standard socket.
Set the distance and angle for the way you will use it. We talk it through on the phone if you want.
Timer, intensity, eye protection and a sensible starting protocol, explained on the phone if you want it.
Stand, sit or lie in front of the panel at the distance we set. Expose the area you are treating and put on your eye protection.
Choose the time and intensity by touch on the panel. Most sessions run 10 to 20 minutes.
The light feels warm but should never feel burning. The timer ends the session for you.
Wipe the panel face, coil the cable and leave it where it lives. A minute, no tools.
Keep the vents clear and the surface clean. Nothing to service during the month.
Call us with anything during the month. At the end we arrange the return, or you extend.
A 20-minute session at full output uses well under two units of electricity, about 40p at a typical tariff. There are no consumables.
Posted directly to you.
One month, posted to you and returned at the end. Extend if it is working for you, or put it towards a purchase.
A full-body panel that stands where you want it.
189 × 58 cm and 6.5 cm deep, with 1,200 LEDs across the full height.
The optional motorised lift stand holds the panel over a therapy bed at a controlled distance for lying sessions. Freestanding, it leans against a wall.
Full-body coverage in one session. Allow about a metre of clear space in front of the panel for standing or seated sessions.
About 65 kg for the full set-up with the stand, running from a standard UK plug.
The questions we would ask in your position, answered straight.
Red and near-infrared light send a useful signal to your cells, through mitochondria, at the right dose. Red works at the surface for skin, near-infrared travels deeper into muscle and joints. The full picture, including what the evidence does and does not show, is in Red Light Therapy, explained.
The panel is 189 × 58 cm and 6.5 cm deep, so it stands against a wall or on the optional motorised stand and needs about a metre of clear space in front of it. With the stand the full set-up is about 65 kg. It runs from a standard UK plug.
Both deliver red and near-infrared light. A panel is flexible, targeted and practical, with a smaller footprint, but distance, angle and exposure need managing. A bed surrounds the body for even full-body coverage in one effortless session. The best format is the one that makes the right dose easy to use consistently.
Red Light Therapy is non-invasive and well tolerated by most people, but not for everyone. Photosensitive conditions or medications, pregnancy, epilepsy triggered by pulsed light, recent injectables or open wounds all need a pause and a conversation first. We check this with you before delivery, not after.
Warm, not hot. You sit, stand or lie in front of the panel with eye protection on, expose the area you are treating and let the timer run, usually 10 to 20 minutes.
Consistency beats intensity. A common start is three to five sessions a week, easing to two or three for maintenance. A month is long enough to find out whether it fits your routine.
Yes. The timer and intensity are set by touch on the panel, and the placement and distance guidance covers the rest.
The rental panel comes with what it needs to stand in your space. If you decide to buy, the motorised lift stand is an option for lying sessions.
