In 2019, I was struggling with sleep when I first tried Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. The experience made me curious.
Why was it so hard to access, so expensive, and so difficult to understand?
Oxydise is my answer to those three problems: advanced wellness technology that is easier to access, explained clearly, and supported by real people for years rather than weeks.
Oxydise did not start in a boardroom. It started because I could not sleep.
In 2019, I was struggling badly with sleep and insomnia. Like many people searching for answers, I tried almost everything imaginable: wellness retreats, Pulsed Electromagnetic Field therapy, NanoVi®, supplements, podcasts, books on sleep and longevity, meditation, nervous-system work and countless other approaches in the pursuit of better recovery and deeper sleep.
Then, on an American sleep podcast, I heard someone briefly mention Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. At the time, HBOT was still difficult to access in the UK, especially outside clinical settings. The nearest place I could find was over an hour away from Cambridge.
I was sceptical, but curious enough to try it. After a 90-minute session in the chamber, I slept noticeably better that night. I did not want to jump to conclusions, so I went back the following week. The same thing happened again.
That experience did not make me think I had found a magic answer. It made me curious. Why was this technology so hard to access? Why was it so expensive? And why were people left trying to understand it on their own?
Answering those three questions became Oxydise.

HBOT was expensive, complicated and built for the few. Alan and Egor thought that was wrong, and started Oxydise with five chambers and one belief: advanced wellness technology should be for more people, not just those at the top.
So we made it clearer, not louder. We improve the technology that matters rather than simply rebrand it. The technology should be advanced. The experience should feel clear.
