Setup is guided, and the session settings are adjustable on the bed.
An accessible emergency stop ends the session immediately, from inside or out.

A 3-speed user fan plus 30 integrated cooling fans keep the enclosure comfortable and the output stable.

Two years on the bed and 24 months on accessories and electronics, with UK support.
Built to order, typically around 45 days. Before delivery we plan access, positioning and the 30 A dedicated circuit with you.
The bed arrives as a modular system and is assembled, positioned and connected in the room we planned together.
Programmes, the control system, eye protection and the emergency stop. You run your first session with us in the room.
Choose a recovery programme and select your session time on the control screen, or run a saved protocol with one touch.
Put on the supplied eye protection, lie back on the bed and set the user fan to the speed you like.
Lower the canopy and begin a 3 to 20 minute full-body session. Warm, not hot. The bed counts down and ends the session for you.
Wipe the panels down, put the eye protection back in its place and leave the canopy open to air. A minute, no tools.
The 30 cooling fans keep output stable. A vent check now and then is the only routine ask, and we remind you when it is due.
Servicing and technical support from our UK team, and software updates for the control system.
At full output the bed draws 6.0 to 6.5 kW, so a 20-minute session uses roughly two units of electricity, about 60p at a typical tariff.
Built to order, sooner if in stock. We plan access, positioning and the electrical circuit with you before delivery.
A 2-year manufacturer warranty on the bed and 24 months on accessories and electronics, with UK support.
The questions we would ask in your position, answered straight.
Red and near-infrared light send a useful signal to your cells, through mitochondria, at the right dose. Red works at the surface for skin, near-infrared travels deeper into muscle and joints. The full picture, including what the evidence does and does not show, is in Red Light Therapy, explained.
The bed needs a floor area of about 230 × 125 cm, with the canopy opening to around 165 cm high, and a clear route in for a modular delivery. At about 322 kg it is a ground-floor installation for most homes. We plan access and positioning with you before delivery.
It needs its own 30 A dedicated circuit on 220 to 240 V, drawing 6.0 to 6.5 kW at full output. We plan the electrical requirement with you before delivery, and an electrician fits the circuit if you do not already have one.
Red Light Therapy is non-invasive and well tolerated by most people, but not for everyone. Photosensitive conditions or medications, pregnancy, epilepsy triggered by pulsed light, recent injectables or open wounds all need a pause and a conversation first. We check this with you before delivery, not after.
Warm, not hot. You lie back with the supplied eye protection, the canopy comes down and the bed runs your programme for anywhere from 3 to 20 minutes. Most people read nothing into it at the time and notice the difference over the weeks.
Consistency beats intensity. A common start is three to five sessions a week, easing to two or three for maintenance. If you are not sure that fits your life yet, book sessions at one of our locations first.
Yes. Set-up and training on delivery day cover everything, and after that the Smart Control System 2.0 runs your saved protocol with one touch.
Five: 633 and 660 nm red for the surface and skin, 810, 850 and 940 nm near-infrared for depth and full-body exposure. Each wavelength is controlled independently, with power and pulse set separately, so the dose is delivered consistently session after session rather than as one undifferentiated red glow.
