Oxydise HBOT OS 2.0 — intelligent control, engineered in the UK

Every Oxydise hardshell runs HBOT OS 2.0, our UK-developed control software. Choose a guided session profile or build your own — pressure, ramp rate, session time and automatic oxygen breaks are all managed from the touchscreen control panel, with full control available from inside or outside the chamber. Full pressure is reached in around 15 minutes, so it suits supervised clinical settings and confident solo users alike.

Inside, it's built for comfort: an upright seated design you step straight into — sit back and relax, read or listen while you breathe — with a quiet high-efficiency compressor, active air cooling, and a medical-grade BIBS mask (built-in breathing system) for stable, hands-free oxygen throughout the session. Its compact footprint fits real rooms, at home or in a clinic; at around 600 kg, we confirm access and floor loading with a site assessment before delivery.

Breathing oxygen under pressure increases the amount of oxygen carried in the blood plasma. This is the mechanism researchers study when exploring how Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy may support recovery and other health goals. Evidence and suitability vary by use, and the full picture, including what the evidence does and does not show, is in HBOT explained.

The footprint is 200 × 100 cm with a height of 163 cm, plus about 80 × 80 cm beside it for the oxygen machine. At around 600 kg it is a ground-floor installation for most homes. We assess access, doorways, floor and power during the room survey before an order is confirmed, and if it will not work we say so before you have spent anything.

Almost certainly. The built-in 3-in-1 machine runs from two standard UK sockets with no special electrics, and stays under 60 dB.

A few conditions need a doctor’s ok before hyperbaric sessions, and we check this with you before delivery, not after. We are honest about what the evidence supports and what is still being studied. If we think it is not right for you, we will say that too.

You step in upright and take a seat, so there is no lying down or climbing. The seat adjusts electrically, the cabin has its own cooling circuit and the interior lighting is adjustable. If mobility is a concern, try a seated session at one of our locations first.
